Unbeknownst to the electronic traveler
he found peace in her written words,
An aligned, defined vision
of a world blinded with indecision
with ignorance to the moment of now
Yet somehow,
we continue toward the pursuit of serenity
as the next moment becomes our next memory.

Her smile was like being home for the first time in two decades Like a flame, she could change the moon to a sun
She brightens my every day,
in every way.

Giving wishes to all whom need wishes from stars
for the future’s next moment, never promised as ours
But with faith, and with hope, and with love
we have one another to embrace
while we journey through this almost infinite space
they call the here and the now.

Her lips are like pillows on a bed made for royals
And her eyes grant reflection beyond the gates of heaven
She’s the warmth of the sun’s rays
that arrives to end the world’s living hurricanes
She brightens my every day,
in every way.
